DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery:

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we shall not be liable for any items which may have not been received by you.

You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend or a relative.

We will initiate the shipment of your products within 24 hours of receiving the order under most circumstances. Our regular working hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 5.30pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these hours. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

International delivery:

International delivery is available on many products, and we request you to check with us through Whatsapp or Email or over phone before ordering. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it’s being shipped to.

How to track your order consignment:

We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us, so that we can assist successful delivery for you.

Events beyond our Control:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident and weather.
