I placed an order on the website and the charges were deducted from my account, but I did not receive an email confirmation, and the website doesn't show the order.
If you face any issue with payment through the website, just send us an email to email@example.com
through the email ID you have used to create the order and the Razorpay payment ID of the transaction. We will check it immediately and let you know if the payment has been completed and received by us. If the payment has been received by us, we will process the order and your products will reach you.
In case the payment has not been received by us, but it still shows as money has been deducted, your money should be refunded to your account within 4-7 days.
