I received a notification that delivery was attempted, but I did not get any call nor did the delivery person try to deliver my package. What should I do?

For your order shipments, we partner with third-party courier companies who ensure the products are delivered to you once your package leaves our warehouse. In case you face any issues with your final delivery such as incorrect remarks on delivery attempt by the courier company, contact us through email to, by sending us your Order ID along with the issue you are facing. We will raise the issue with the concerned courier company and do our best to ensure this reaches you.
