Introduction:

You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Purchase can be made only when you register. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this particular page. We request you to check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions. Any use of this website is subject to the user agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Ordering from us:

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products. We may refuse to accept an order:

  1. a.) Where goods are not available
  2. b.) Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment
  3. c.) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
  4. d.) If the order is to be delivered at a remote location where we don’t have logistical partner to deliver.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Tailor and Circus does not allow orders to be cancelled after acceptance of the order.

Pricing:

All prices shown in the product pages exclude GST at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of GST, however we shall show GST separately and include it in the total price at the checkout page. Where we charge separately for packing, order logistics and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.

Delivery:

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you indicate for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received on your side.

You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to a friend or a relative.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our normal working hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 5.30pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these time scales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or other bank holidays. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

International delivery:

International delivery is available on many products, and we request you to check with us through Whatsapp, Email or phone before ordering. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight, as well as where it is being shipped to.

How to track an order:

We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us, so that we can assist in a successful delivery for you.

Events beyond our Control:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident and weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify whatever is within our control to satisfy you.

Colour:

We use high quality printing machines and so we deliver the best colour output. But the colour of the product you receive may not match the colour of the product as seen on our website from any devices. Please be aware that in such situations where colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.

Complaints

We welcome all feedback about our products and services and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24 - 48 hours.
