You will be able to access most parts of this website without registering your details with us. A purchase can be made once you register your details such as Name, email ID, phone number and address which is essential for us to service your order.

Placing an Order:

You will be able to place an order with us by ordering via our secure online checkout flow. We will send you the order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products.

We may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances:

  • Where the products ordered are not available or defective.

    Order Acceptance Policy:

    Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, we will issue a credit to your bank account or store wallet in the form of coupon or cash for the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.

    Pricing:

    All prices shown in the product pages include GST at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price inclusive of GST, however we shall show GST separately and include it in the total price at the checkout page.  We charge separately for order logistics and other relevant charges such as COD or Gift-wrap charges, the appropriate rates are set out in the specified pricing structure shown on the checkout page. The prices are subject to change at any time.
